The customer needs to contact our support team to report an issue regarding the damaged, defective, or wrong product. Just contact us through info@helmcozy.com directly coming with the relevant images,and your orders’ imformation.
The customer can return a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing part / incomplete product. In case of missing product, the customer should inform the assigned courier company within 3 days of contacting with Us.

The item should remain in an extra and resalable problem.
The item should remain in its initial product packaging consisting of the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, user manual, warranty card and MRP label undamaged.
The item must be returned by the client in its whole with all going along with devices or free presents present therein.
The client needs to contact our support group to record a problem regarding the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
The client must submit all the required pictures & video clips with a short-detailed summary of the issue that will help the group investigate the situation.

In the event of a return, the refund process will begin only after the product has been received, inspected & examined at our warehouse facility. Once the product is deemed eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account /original payment method.
